Selene Greek goddess of the moon, gave the name to a rare plant: Selenicereus grandiflorus. The powerfully fragrant flowers of this South American cactus bloom at dusk, then die back at dawn on a summer night. Selene is also the name for Maquis' one-shot adventure. Each year, our Selene will be in the image of these flowerings: ephemeral and unique itineraries, on specific dates, for a reduced number of travelers in order to maintain proximity to the landscape and those who content it with us. In particular, they will go well with strong, cheeky events, mixing culture and enchantment, in the Rabelaisian spirit of the Joyful Wisdom.
